Job Description

·      -  Extensive experience in the administrative / secretarial work.

·      -  Provides full administrative support to the CEO and other managers.

·      -  Answers and screens phone calls and manages the CEO’s mail.

·     -   Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements; ticket and hotel reservations as necessary.

·      -  Updates the company’s website as well as social media pages on a regular basis.

·      -   Responsible for the day to day operations in the company.

·      -   Performs other duties assigned by your manager.


·      -   Effective skills in scheduling appointments.

·      -   Ability to cope with multiple tasks effectively.

·      -   Ability to priorities the workload.

·      -   Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

·      -   Highly skilled in MS Office.

·      -   Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills.

·      -   Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

·      -  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
